Ukraine and Russia arrange High-Speed Railways Kyiv - Moscow, Crimea - Sochi22 July 2010The state rail transport administration of Ukraine - Ukrzaliznytsia and Russian Railways (Russia) reached agreement on establishing a high-speed rail passenger service between Moscow (Russia) and Kyiv, Simferopol, Sevastopol and Feodosia (all in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and Sochi (Russia) via Ukraine. In particular, Russian Railways President Vladimir Yakunin and Ukrzaliznytsia Director-General Mykhailo Kostiuk signed a relevant agreement on June 14 in Kyiv. |
