Winter slowed down the construction sector

Over 70% of construction firms noted delays in the execution of investments because of bad weather, and less than 40% executed around two-thirds of works planned for the winter months, according to research commissioned by Uni-Bud Construction Entrepreneurs Corporation, reported the Polish Construction Research Agency.
